Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. w dniu 8 listopada 2019 roku.

Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a Akcjonariusze nie zgłosili sprzeciwów do podjętych uchwał.

Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

ENGLISH VERSION:

The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby attaches the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. held on 8 November 2019.

At the same time, the Company informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. did not waive consideration of any points on the planned agenda and the Shareholders didn’t submit objections any resolutions.

Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 2 point 7)-9) of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
