IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 15 October 2014 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board member Rudolf Fries on the following acquisition by the FRIES Holding GmbH: acquisition on 14 October 2014 of 30,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.1685 Euro for each share (the total price for all these acquired shares was 65,055.0 Euro).
