Legal basis: Article 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments
IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 17 December 2015 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board Member Nick J.M. van Ommen on the acquisition on 17 December 2015 of 12,500 shares at the price of 2.17 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 27,125 Euro).
