KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 57

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is informing the public that from 11 December 2015 up to and including 17 December 2015 Krka acquired 9,655 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 592,434 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Perspektiva d.d., Ilirika borzno posredniška hiša d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 309,029 representing 0.942% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 318,684 representing 0.972% of all shares issued.
