ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. hereby notifies its reputable Investors that the dissolution of the affiliated company of the Company, E-Star CL Distriterm SRL (Cluj-Napoca, Calea Dorobantilor nr. 21. et.1, ap 14, jud. Cluj) has been completed.
E-Star CL Distriterm SRL did not conduct operations; the corporate structure has simplified by the termination thereof and the administrative load of the corporate group have been further reduced.
