On March 2, 2016 Csaba Balázs as resigned SB Member sold 23,838 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) at average exchange rate of HUF 235 through Erste Befektetési Zrt at the Budapest Stock Exchange. Thereafter 400 pieces of ENEFI stocks remained in his ownership.

On March 2, 2016 Soós Csaba as resigned Board Member sold 2,716,137 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) at average exchange rate of HUF 249 through EQUILOR Zrt. Thereafter 400,000 pieces of ENEFI stocks remained in his ownership.
