ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its reputable Investors that its affiliated company in Gheorgheni (CDR) has won a lawsuit finally against the Municipality of Gheorgheni, according to which the Court of Appeal of T"rgu Mures obliged the Town to pay the total amount of RON 678,284.24 (district heating subsidy and the interests thereof as well as the costs of the lawsuit). The amount approved under the first instance decision was
RON 419,451.49
