ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc hereby informs its Honourable Investors on the basis of the

notification from the Romanian operations as follows:

The T"rgu Mures Tribunal today deferred the decision to 22. 08. 2019 in the lawsuit between

E-Star Mures Energy and the Municipality of T"rgu Mures without motivation.

Considering the above, to ensure uniform information for investors, the Company will ask for

Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. again suspends exchange trading in the shares of the issuer

ENEFI Energyefficiency Plc. on 22. 08. 2019 until the end of the "Post Trading phase".
