Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus epidemic (Covid-19), having regard to
applicable laws and publicly available information, the Company hereby announces that it
sees no possibility to convene and hold its next Annual General Meeting.
The Company will inform its Shareholders in due course regarding the date, venue of and
other information, proposals concerning the Annual General Meeting.
