The Board of Directors of Ovostar Union N.V. informs about appointment of Vladimir Polishchuk as Chief Financial Officer of the Group. Vladimir has extensive senior financial and operational experience, most recently holding the position of CFO in one of the largest retail chains in Ukraine, Furshet Group.
Mr. Polishchuk holds an MBA degree from the Open London University (2013) in addition to a Master degree in Finance from Kyiv National Economic University (2003).
