This is a correction of the announcement of 12 February: IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 11 February 2015 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board member Mark Anthony Held on the sale on 10 February 2015 of 2,149 Company’s shares at the price of 2.20 Euro for each share (total price for all these shares was 4,727.8 Euro) and 17,851 shares at the price of 2.20 Euro for each share (total price for all these shares was 39,272.2 Euro).
