The Board of Directors of Milkiland N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces the scheduled dates of publication of the Company's periodic reports in 2021:

I. Consolidated annual report for 2020 - April 30, 2021.

II. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2021 - August 31, 2021.

III. Consolidated interim reports:

For the 1st quarter of 2021 - May 15, 2021.

For the 3rd quarter of 2020 - November 15, 2021.
