ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. hereby notifies its reputable Investors that in the

execution proceedings commenced upon the requisition of the tax authority of T"rgu Mures the

Company shall apply legal remedy towards the Romanian as well as the Hungarian tax authority.

According to the viewpoint of the Company the legal conditions of execution do not exist considering

the previously successfully closed bankruptcy proceedings.

The Company emphasizes that it considers the application of the tax authority of T"rgu Mures for

legal remedy sent through the Romanian centre as one against international law irrespectively of the

bankruptcy proceedings, since the prerequisite thereof is that it had tried to execute its claim in

Romania but that had no result.

Due to its former investments, the Company has assets exceeding the amount of the claim in Romania;

however the tax authority of T"rgu Mures did not make any effort to fulfil the claim from that.

Considering that on the basis of the relevant regulations the requiring authority is obliged to state to

the required authority on the existence of the legal conditions and the Hungarian tax authority did not

refuse the application for the execution immediately, according to the viewpoint of the Company it

must be examined whether the Romanian tax authority misled the Hungarian tax authority with a false

statement in its application not only about the enforceability of its claim but in relation with the

execution thereof in Romania.
