Kernel Holdings S.A., the largest sunflower oil exporter in the world and the largest grain exporter from Ukraine, has announced that it has issued USD 300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Notes due 2027 (the “Notes”) priced at par. The Notes are rated BB- by Fitch, and B+ by S&P, two and one notches above Ukrainian sovereign respectively.
