The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") hereby announces that the Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg has signed Loan agreement (the "LA") to provide financing to Ancor Investments Ltd (an indirect subsidiary of ASTARTA Holding N.V.)
The financing of up to EUR 8,6 mln. (in USD equivalent) would be granted to finance the purchase of agricultural equipment from the EU suppliers. Payment obligations of the Borrower under the LA shall be guaranteed by the Euler Hermes.
The loan is secured by the equipment purchased under the LA. The financing would comprise a secured long term loan for seven years.
