Following the previous press release on last 3 August 2012., this is to inform you that it was signed today the deed of merger of Family Credit Network S.p.A. into UniCredit S.p.A..
The merger off will become effective as of 10 November 2012 after the completion of the registration of the deed with the competent Trade Registers
