Mr. Daumantas Lapinskas, a former deputy minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania who is acting in the position of the deputy CEO of Avia Solutions Group AB, was elected to the Management Board of Avia Solutions Group AB. Herewith Mr. Daumantas Lapinskas undertook the vacant position on the Board comprised of five members for the current term of the Board until 25 August 2014, but in any case not longer than until the annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held in 2014.
