The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between December 23, 2013 and January 7, 2014, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 4604 with the average price of PLN 65,5 per share.
