The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between February 10, 2014 and February 14, 2014, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 2520 with the average price of PLN 60.91 per share.

The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the resolution No.5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2013 (see current report No. 8/2013 dated 21 June 2013).
