The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between June 9, 2014 and June 13, 2014, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 2 139 with the average price of PLN 47.26 per share.
The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the resolution No.5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2013 (see current report No. 8/2013 dated 21 June 2013).
