Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 22 July 2015 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a legal entity controlled by one of the managers of the Kernel group of companies, sold on 15 July 2015 a total of 5,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 40.3 PLN per share.
