The Director of Corporate Performance Management of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Mrs. Mojca Vidmar – Berus, informed the company that on 30 July 2020 she disposed 1,480 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for her own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of EUR 82.01:

- 104 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 82.20 and

- 1,376 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 82.00.

The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme.
