IMC S.A. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that the Company received on 25 February 2022 a notification pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, informing that Mr. Kamil Gaworecki, Non-Executive Director of the Company and Board member, purchased on 24 February 2022 a total of 1028 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 15.75 PLN per share.
