(hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that the Company received on 9 March 2022 a notification pursuant to Art. 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, informing that Mr. Kamil Gaworecki, Non-Executive Director of the Company and Board member, purchased on 7 March 2022 a total of 1150 shares in IMC S.A. at a fixed price of 11.52 PLN per share.
