Relevant participations in the UniCredit share capital
UniCredit informs that on October 10, 2014, the Company received from Allianz SE a communication - according to Section 120 of D.lgs 58/98 and Section 117 of CONSOB Regulation 11971/99 - certifying the decrease to 1.99% of the ordinary UniCredit share capital bearing voting rights owned by it.
Each ordinary share entitles to a single vote.
