Podstawa Prawna:
The Board revised the invitation of the Company for the general meeting and its proposals.
The Board found no contradiction with law or the articles of association related to the points on the
agenda and the proposed decisions.
On the basis of the above the Board shall support discussing the proposals for the general meeting.
The Board shall be represented at the following general meeting.
