International Personal Finance plc announces that on 4 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 88,080 ordinary shares at an average price of 529.0729 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 531.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 526.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,375,416 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,329,680.
