International Personal Finance plc announces that on 15 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 80,533 ordinary shares at an average price of 512.4427 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 517 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 507 pence.
Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,949,961 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,755,135.
