UNICREDIT BOARD OF DIRECTORS ACCEPTED THE RESIGNATION OF MR SALVATORE LIGRESTI
The Board of Directors of UniCredit, in today’s session, accepted the resignation that Mr. Salvatore Ligresti - non-executive and independent Director, not member of UniCredit’s Board Committees - deemed to present in relation to the development of the business relationship between the group referring to the Ligresti family and UniCredit.
The Board expressed to Mr. Ligresti its appreciation and esteem for the high degree of professionalism and commitment shown by Mr. Ligresti in the accomplishment of his mandate on the Board.
