Zarząd Vivid Games S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy (dalej jako:"Spółka", "Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 6/2025 z dnia 24 stycznia 2025 roku, dotyczącego terminów publikacji raportów okresowych w 2025 roku, informuje, że zarząd Emitenta podjął decyzję o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu kwartalnego za trzeci kwartał 2025 roku z pierwotnie deklarowanego terminu publikacji, tj. z 19 listopada 2025 roku, na nowy termin publikacji, tj. na dzień 26 listopada 2025 roku.

The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. with its registered office in

Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as: "the Company", "the Issuer"),

with reference to current report No. 6/2025 of January 24, 2025,

concerning the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025, hereby

announces that the Issuer's Management Board has decided to change the

date of publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of

2025 from the originally announced date of publication, i.e. November

19, 2025, to the new date of publication, i.e. November 26, 2025.
