Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (“Company”) hereby informs its Honourable Investors about

the following:

- The Company Registration Court registered Mr. Ferencz Bálint as the member of the

Supervisory Board. Mr. Bálint does not own securities issued by the Company.

- The Company Registration Court registered the amendment of the Articles of

Association of the Company including the conversion of employee shares to ordinary

shares. The cancellation of the employee shares and the creation of the ordinary shares

have not taken place.

- The Central Bank of Hungary paid the fine previously charged by its decision on

influencing the market and insider trading (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.) and the costs of

litigation to the eligible persons due to the annulation of the decision by the Court of

Justice. However the significant amount of interest claim accumulated at the authority

in the past period of more than two years has not been refunded.
