The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that on 5th of July 2012 the Company received a letter from ING Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.(ING TFI), with its registered seat in Topiel 12 str., 00-342 Warsaw, Poland.
With this letter ING TFI informs the Company that in the result of the transaction settled on 3rd July 2012 ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty, which is managed and represented by ING TFI, holds less 5% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of KSG Agro S.A.
Before the transaction ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty held 751 232 shares (seven hundred fifty one thousand two hundred thirty two) which represented 5,03% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
After the transaction ING Parasol Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty holds 677 108 shares (six hundred seventy seven thousand one hundred eight) which represents 4,54% share in capital and votes at the General Meeting of the Company.

Legal grounds: Article 5 (2) of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market and Article 56 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading systems and on public companies.
