SFG supervisory board appointed 2 new management board members of Silvano Fashion Group.

From July 4th, Mr. W.Alexander Frisenberg serves as the management board member, responsible for the Group’s commercial activities. For the last 3 years, Mr. Frisenberg has been managing The Zelective Group S.a.r.l., domiciled in Monaco. Mr. Frisenberg does not hold any shares of SFG.

From July 13th, Mr. Aleksei KadĂľrko serves as the management board member, responsible for the Group’s finance affairs. For the last 3 years, Mr. KadĂľrko was employed by AS PricewaterhouseCoopers as a sworn auditor. Mr. KadĂľrko does not hold any shares of SFG.
