PROPERTYF (PLE): Zakup aktywów o znacznej wartości - nieruchomość komercyjna/ The purchase of the assets of significant value - the commercial property - raport 75

Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, informuje ,iż w dniu 25.07.2014 r. podpisał umowę zakupu w formie aktu notarialnego nieruchomości komercyjnej za kwotę 1.365.000,00 (słownie: milion trzysta sześćdziesiąt pięć tysięcy) PLN, zlokalizowanej w Gnieźnie (woj. wielkopolskie). Inwestycja została sfinansowana ze środków własnych Spółki.

Zakup aktywa jest związany z realizacją umowy leasingu nieruchomości zawartej z klientem w dniu 25.07.2014 roku, o której Emitent informował w komunikacie EBI nr 74/2014 w dniu 25.07.2014 roku.

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. podjął decyzję o publikacji informacji o zawarciu niniejszej umowy z uwagi na spodziewany wpływ zawartej umowy na sytuację gospodarczą, majątkową i finansową Emitenta w przyszłości. Ponadto, określona wartość transakcji przekracza 20% wartości kapitałów własnych Emitenta, wykazanej w ostatnim opublikowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym.

Podstawa prawna : §3 ust.2 pkt. 1 załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku New Connect".

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with the seat in Wrocław hereby announces that on July 25, 2014 signed a purchase agreement in the form of notarial deed of the commercial property for a total price PLN 1.365.000,00 (in words: one million three hundred sixty five thousand zloty) located in Gniezno (Wielkopolska Voivodeship). The investment was financed from the Company's own funds.

The purchase of the assets is related to the realization of lease contract of the commercial property concluded with the Client on July 25, 2014, which the Issuer reported in the EBI report no. 74/2014 dated July 25, 2014.

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. decided to publish the report about this contract due to expected impact of concluded contract on the economic, property and financial situation of the Issuer in the future. Moreover, the specified value of the transaction exceeds 20% of the Issuer's equity reported in the last published financial statement.

Legal basis: § 3, item 2, section 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
