PROPERTYF (PLE): Zawarcie znaczącej umowy leasingu nieruchomości/ Concluding a significant lease contract of the real estate - raport 113

Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. ("Emitent") z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, informuje, iż w dniu 30.09.2014 roku podpisał umowę leasingu finansowego na nieruchomość o łącznej kwocie wierzytelności leasingowej 261.928,61 PLN (słownie: dwieście sześćdziesiąt jeden tysięcy dziewięćset dwadzieścia osiem 61/100).

Na podstawie zawartej umowy leasingu Emitent dokona zakupu wskazanej w umowie nieruchomości i odda ją do użytkowania leasingobiorcy, w zamian za miesięczne opłaty leasingowe.

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. podjął decyzję o publikacji informacji o zawarciu niniejszej umowy z uwagi na spodziewany wpływ zawartej umowy na sytuację gospodarczą, majątkową i finansową Emitenta w przyszłości.

Ponadto, określona wartość transakcji przekracza 20% wartości kapitałów własnych Emitenta, wykazanej w ostatnim opublikowanym sprawozdaniu finansowym.

§ 3 ust. 2 pkt 2) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe

przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. ("The Issuer") with the seat in Wrocław hereby announces that on September 30, 2014 signed a financial lease contract for real estate with a total amount of lease debt of PLN 261.928,61 (in words: two hundred and sixty-one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight 61/100 zloty)

Under the concluded lease contract, the Issuer will purchase the real estate indicated in the contract and grant the right of usage to lessee in return for monthly lease payments.

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. decided to publish the report about this contract due to expected impact of concluded contract on the economic, property and financial situation of the Issuer in the future.

Moreover, the specified value of the transaction exceeds 20% of the Issuer's equity reported in the last published financial statement.

§ 3, item 2, section 2 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
