ESTAR (EST): Announcement - raport 7

Podstawa Prawna:
ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (the “Company”) hereby notifies its reputable Investors that the

National Bank of Hungary earlier charged a fine for influencing the market and insider

trading with its resolution (H-PJ-III-B-3/2017.), the amount of which in case of EETEK Ltd.

is HUF 45 million and in case of Csaba Soós is HUF 75 million

). The fined parties exercised earlier legal remedy against the resolution due to the lack

of grounds thereof.

The Metropolitan Court of Justice annulled the condemning decision of the Central Bank of

Hungary instructing the authority to conduct new proceedings with reference to the fact that

no infringement can be concluded on the basis of the decision with the certainty of judgement.

The detailed explanation shall be expected within 30 days.

With regard to the annulation of the decision, the parties involved shall be entitled for the

reimbursement of the total amount of HUF 120 million and duties thereof enforced by the

Central Bank of Hungary as well as the cost of the lawsuit amounting to HUF 1 million

charged by the court of justice.
