Management Board of Work Service S.A. hereinafter: ‘Company’, informs of receiving today – pursuant to article 69 par. 1 point 2 in conjunction with article 87 par. 5 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies _Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended, from Citigroup Global Markets Limited sited in London, Great Britain - notification dated 1 November 2018, containing information _in English_ on the sale of the Company’s shares on 30 October, 2018, as a result of which the total share in the total number of votes in the Company fell below 5% of the total number of votes in the Company.

The above mentioned change in ownership occurred as a result of selling 1.000.000 shares of the Company. Citigroup Global Markets Limited sited in London, Great Britain, informed the Company that:

• Before the sale of shares, Citigroup Global Markets Limited sited in London, Great Britain, held 4.235.000 shares in the Company, constituting 6.5059% of the share capital which represent 4.235.000 votes, constituting 6.5059% of the total vote.

• After the sale of shares, Citigroup Global Markets Limited sited in London, Great Britain, held 3.235.000 shares in the Company, constituting 4.9697% of the share capital which represent 3.235.000 votes, constituting 4.9697% of the total vote.

Above mentioned notification constitutes Appendix no 1 to this report.
