Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej "Emitent") podaje do publicznej wiadomości harmonogram przekazywania raportów okresowych, jakie Emitent będzie publikować w 2017 roku.
Raporty kwartalne:
Raport za IV kwartał 2016, data publikacji 14 lutego 2017;
Raport za I kwartał 2017 roku, data publikacji 12 maja 2017;
Raport za II kwartał 2017 roku, data publikacji 11 sierpnia 2017;
Raport za III kwartał 2017 roku, data publikacji 14 listopada 2017.
Raport roczny za 2016 rok, data publikacji 30 maja 2017 roku.
Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku
NewConnect".

Schedule of periodic reports submission in 2017
The Board of Aforti Holding Inc, with its seat in Warsaw ( "Issuer") hereby publishes the schedule for submission of periodic reports which will be published by the Issuer in 2017.
Quarterly reports:
The report for the fourth quarter of 2016, publication date of February 14, 2017;
The report for the first quarter 2017, publication date of May 12, 2017;
The report for the second quarter of 2017, publication date of 11 August 2017;
The report for the third quarter of 2017, publication date of November 14, 2017.
The annual report for 2016 year, publication date May 30, 2017 year.
Legal basis: Article 6, Paragraph 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 (“Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
