Zarząd Spółki Planet Innovation Group S.A. z siedzibą w Rzeszowie (“Emitent”), niniejszym informuje, iż w dniu 12 maja 2015 roku została podpisana umowa z firmą „Pol-Tax 2” Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawę, podmiotem wpisanym na „Listę podmiotów uprawnionych do badania sprawozdań finansowych” pod numerem ewidencyjnym 4090. Celem umowy jest badanie i ocena sprawozdania finansowego Emitenta za rok 2016.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt. 11 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect"

Signing of the Contract for audit of the financial statements for 2016

The Management Board of Planet Innovation Group PLC of Rzeszów (the "Issuer"), hereby informs that on the 12th of May 2017 an agreement was signed with "Pol-Tax 2" Sp. z o.o. having registered office in Warsaw, registered in the "List of entities authorized to audit financial statements" under the registration number 4090. The purpose of the agreement is to audit and evaluate the financial statements of Issuer for 2016.

Legal basis: § 3 sec. 1 pt. 11 of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodic information submitted in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"
