PROPERTYF (PLE): Przychody netto ze sprzedaży w styczniu i lutym 2015 r. - wstępne dane/ Net revenues from sales in January and February of 2015 - preliminary data - raport 8

Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. ("Emitent") z siedzibą we Wrocławiu podaje do publicznej wiadomości informację na temat przychodów netto ze sprzedaży, osiągniętych w styczniu i lutym 2015 r. Według wstępnych danych Emitent osiągnął w styczniu i lutym 2015 r., w ujęciu jednostkowym, przychody netto ze sprzedaży w wysokości 580.518,29 zł. W analogicznym okresie roku poprzedniego przychody netto wynosiły 411.986,99 zł. Oznacza to wzrost wartości przychodów o 40,91%. Główny wpływ na wysoką dynamikę przychodów w roku bieżącym, w porównaniu do roku 2014, ma zwiększenie sprzedaży produktów leasingowych oraz rozwój funduszu leasingowego specjalizującego się w finansowaniu nieruchomości do 1 mln złotych. Prezentowane dane są danymi szacunkowymi i mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych, które zostaną opublikowane w raporcie okresowym za I kwartał 2015 roku.

The Management Board of Leasing-Experts SA ("the Issuer") seated in Wrocław makes public information on net sales achieved in January and February of 2015. According to preliminary data, the Issuer reached in January and February of 2015, on unconsolidated basis, net sales in the amount of PLN 580.518,29. In the same period the previous year, net income amount to PLN 411.986,99 . This represents an increase of revenue by 40,91%. The main impact of the high revenue growth in the current year, compared to year 2014, has increased in sales of leasing products and the development of lease fund specializing in financing real estate to 1 million PLN. The data presented are estimates and may differ from the final data, which will be published in the interim report for the first quarter of 2015.
