Zarząd Spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. (Emitent) informuje, iż umowa cywilno-prawną na podstawie której Leasing-Experts S.A. dokonał skupu 276 sztuk obligacji serii E za kwotę 276 000 zł, słownie (dwieście siedemdziesiąt sześć tysiecy złotych) została zawarta ze spółką Aircraft Lease Poland Sp z o.o. w której Emitent posiada 99% akcji i która wchodzi w skład grupy kapitałowej Leasing-Experts S.A.

The Management Board Leasing-Experts SA (The Issuer) hereby informs that civil-legal agreement under which the Leaseing-Experts SA made the purchase of 276 units of series E bonds for the amount of 276 000 PLN , in words (two hundred seventy six thousand) was concluded with the company Aircraft Lease Poland Sp zo.o. in which the Issuer holds 99% of the shares and which is a part of the Leasing-Experts SA Group.
