The resignation of a member of the Board of Directors / Rezygnacja członka Rady Dyrektorów
The Board of Directors of Avtech Aviation & Engineering plc wishes to inform that on 27th September 2011, Mr. Paul Crowther resigned his position as Non-executive Chairman and Director of the Board, effective as of this date.
The board wishes it to be known that this resignation is part of a strategic reorganization within the company, and the position has already been replaced through the appointment of a Corporate Director which is the subject of a further announcement.
Legal basis: 3 par. 2 point 11 of the Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect".

Rada Dyrektorów spółki Avtech Aviation & Engineering plc pragnie poinformować, iż w dniu 27 września 2011 roku p. Paul Crowther zrezygnował ze stanowiska Przewodniczącego i Dyrektora Rady, ze skutkiem natychmiastowym, tj. 27 września 2011 roku.
Rada Dyrektorów pragnie przekazać, iż rezygnacja ta jest częścią strategicznej reorganizacji w firmie, a stanowisko zostało już zastąpione powołaniem Dyrektora Korporacyjnego, o którym będzie mowa w kolejnym raporcie.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 2 pkt 11 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".
