AFHOL (AFH): Wybór podmiotu uprawnionego do przeprowadzenia badania jednostkowego sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za lata 2017 i 2018 - raport 25
Zarząd Aforti Holding S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 09 stycznia 2018 roku Rada Nadzorcza na mocy Uchwał nr 01/19/04/2018 oraz 03/19/04/2018 dokonała wyboru podmiotu uprawnionego do przeprowadzenia badania jednostkowego sprawozdania finansowego Spółki za lata 2017 i 2018.
Podmiotem wybranym przez Radę Nadzorczą jest firma: „Eureka Auditing Sp. z o.o.” al. Marcinkowskiego 22, 61-827 Poznań, KRS 0000183841, podmiot uprawniony do badania sprawozdań finansowych wpisany na listę firm audytorskich prowadzoną przez Krajową Radę Biegłych Rewidentów pod numerem 137.
Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt. 11) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The choice of the autorized entity of the examination of the unit financial statements of the Company for the year 2017 and 2018
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: „the Company”, „the Issuer”), hereby informs that on 19th April 2018 the Board of Supervisors on the strenght of resolutions no 01/19/04/2018 and 03/19/04/2018 has selected the autorized entity to perform the examination of unit financial statements of company accounts for the years: 2017 and 2018.
The entity selected by the Board of Supervisiors is: „Eureka Auditing Sp. z o.o.” al. Marcinkowskiego 22, 61-827 Poznań, KRS 0000183841, the authorized entity for examination of financial statements, entered on the list of audit firms kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors under the number 137.
Legal basis: Article 3 Section 1 Point 11 of Appendix number 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations „Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”
