PHOTON (PEN): Photon Energy sells two German power plants - raport 27

Photon Energy Investments DE, a 100% subsidiary of Photon Energy NV, today signed an agreement to sell its shares in Photon DE SPV 3, the owner of two PV power plants in Altentreptow and Brandenburg, Germany, with a total installed capacity of 230 kWp to a private investor.
Legal basis: § 3 ust.2 point 1. of the Appendix 3 to Resolutions of the Alternative Trading System "Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System".
