Kernel Holding S.A. hereby announces that the company received on 29 August 2014 a notification pursuant to Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments, informing that a legal entity controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies, acquired on 28 August 2014 a total of 7,000 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. at an average price of 27.1 PLN per share.
