(i) the 2018 Report on corporate governance and ownership structure,
(ii) an extract from the 2018 Annual Report of the section concerning corporate governance issues (i.e., the required statement on compliance with the corporate governance principles contained in the last published annual report), and
(iii) the 2019 Group Compensation Policy which contains, inter alia, information concerning set-up, tasks and functioning of the Remuneration Committee and remuneration of Directors.
