The Management Board of Cereal Planet PLC hereby informs, that two of Ukrainian production companies of the Group (Olimp and Ranok) were merged since 05/06/17. There were no significant changes in Group's activity because of that merging.
Legal basis: § 3 ust. 1 point no.9 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System -"Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System".
