IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company”) acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 2 May 2016 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board Member Wolfgang Schischek on the acquisition on 29 April 2016 of 1,158 shares at the price of 2.119 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 2,454 Euro) and on the acquisition on 29 April 2016 of 46,342 shares at the price of 2.12 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 98,245 Euro).
