KRKA (KRK): Acquisition of treasury shares - raport 23

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 12 June 2017 up to and including 15 June 2017. Krka acquired 3,770 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 203,113 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 12 June: 349 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 53.63,

- on 13 June: 1,353 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.00,

- on 14 June: 666 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 53.98 and

- on 15 June: 1,402 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 53.77.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 549,671 representing 1.676% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 553,441 representing 1.688% of all shares issued.
