ENEFI Energy Efficiency Plc. (registered seat: 1134 Budapest, Klapka utca 11., tax number: 13719069-4-41 company registration No.: 01-10-045428, hereinafter referred to as the company) hereby informs the investors in compliance with the obligation of extraordinary disclosure of information according to Section 55 of the Capital Market Act No. CXX of 2001:

On February 24, 2016 the EETEK Ltd. (registered seat: 11 Limassol Avenue, Galatariotis Building 2nd floor, Nicosia 2112, Ciprus,: company register number: HE 97183, represented by Csaba Soós with independent representation right), which is 100% owned by the company, purchased altogether 16,000 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) at average exchange rate of HUF 172,4313, and on February 29, 2016 altogether 31,500 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) a average exchange rate of HUF 186.8677.

Considering the sale of ENEFI Polska Sp. Zoo 224 863 pieces of ENEFI stocks (ISIN code: HU0000089198) remained in the ownership of the sold Polish company, therefore the number of stocks owned by affiliated companies of the company shall be reduced by 224 863 pieces of stocks. The number of stocks owned by affiliated companies of the company has changed to 1 327 463 pieces.
